Delivery & Returns

Please read our below DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY before using our website www.wallpaperforkidscom. In our delivery & return policy, we are represented as (“we”, “us” or “our”). Usage/access of our website and all orders that you place on our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions and signify your contract with Good & Craft. If you do not accept this policy, please do not use the website. 

Delivery

In our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we take pride in small-batch production to avoid creating more than is needed. We, therefore have most of our wallpapers printed to order and only keep a small amount of stock. Getting the wallpaper printed exclusively for you can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you need the wallpaper sooner, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if we have stock available for faster dispatch. The delivery time stated on the product page is an estimate only, showing how long it takes to have your order made for you and it is ready to be dispatched. It does not include the shipping time from our studio to your home. If there is a delay in processing your order you will be notified and if you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We offer FREE delivery within the UK (sample and trade orders excluded). Delivery costs for international orders (EU and overseas) are calculated at checkout. Please make sure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct with no information missing. Our parcels are shipped using a tracked service and require a signature upon delivery. Please note that we can not ship to P.O. boxes or logistic centres. If you wish to have your parcel redirected to a pick-up point you might request a change of delivery through the courier directly. However, please be aware that redirecting your parcel to a pick-up point is done at your own risk. We can not accept any claims for damage or loss for parcels that were delivered to a pick-up point, nor for parcels that were provided with an incorrect delivery address at the time of placing an order.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. For approximate shipping times after your order has been dispatched please see below. Please note that this information is for guidance only and is stated in working days (weekends not counted).

UK delivery aim after dispatch: 1-2 working days

EU and USA delivery aim after dispatch: 2-5 working days. 

We strongly advise not to book tradesmen until you have received your goods on-site.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or customs. We will not refund any third-party tradesmen costs, or give any compensation for disappointment, or moral damage whatsoever suffered. Please be aware that due to Brexit deliveries to Europe mainland can have delays for items that need to be cleared at customs.

Custom, Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that items delivered to countries outside of the United Kingdom might be subject to customs charges, taxes, and other fees that are imposed by your local legislation. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these government-imposed charges. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by the courier or if customs need to reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 4 days after arrival in your country before they return it to us as the sender. Please note that there are a limited number of delivery attempts made by the courier before a shipment is returned to us. In the event that the receiver refuses to obtain the necessary customs to import the goods, we will only issue a refund once the parcel has been sent back to us by the carrier. No refund is issued whilst the goods are in transit. Please note that we will not refund delivery costs. We reserve the right to subtract any costs associated with returning a shipment including transportation and any applicable duties, taxes, and fees charged by the carrier from the refunded amount should the buyer be responsible for a failed delivery (including but not limited to reasons such as wrong delivery address at the time when placing an order, rejecting a shipment, ignoring requests from carriers regarding impost charges, or ignoring requests to arrange redelivery after failed delivery attempts).

Returns

We strongly recommend ordering a sample of the wallpaper you are interested in before making your final purchase. Colours and pattern dimensions may appear to be different on screen. To avoid returns or running out of wallpaper during installation, we always recommend getting advice from a qualified decorator to help you order the correct quantity of wallpaper. If you have any doubt about the required quantity please get in touch with us before placing your order. 

Upon delivery inspect all your items and if any of them arrive damaged please take a photo of the parcel and damaged items and email us immediately at contact@goodandcraft.com. We can not accept any claims for damage after hanging or cutting the product. 

After hanging 2 or 3 lengths of your wallpaper, inspect the results to ensure that there is no shading or any faults. Also, make sure that there are no site or hanging-related issues like visible gaps from the wall or visible seams. Get in touch with us immediately if you, or any party acting upon your instructions, have an issue with the first drops installed. Do NOT hang all the wallpaper prior to contacting us if you are not satisfied with the first result! No claims will be accepted for goods hung in excess of one roll.

 

Unlike other wallpaper brands, we accept returns of leftover rolls and do not charge re-stocking fees. We understand that refurbishing and decorating your child's room can take longer than anticipated. We, therefore, offer that unused wallpaper rolls can be sent back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that wallpaper rolls can only be returned or exchanged if unopened. Unless the wallpaper is agreed to be faulty, we can not accept returns or exchanges if the original transparent wrapping foil that is protecting the paper has been removed. Customers wishing to return items must give us written notice by email at contact@goodandcraft.com to let us know about your upcoming return and include a reason why you wish to return your item. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned wallpaper roll needs to be still sealed in its original wrapping foil and in a re-sellable condition with all labels attached. To avoid damage or loss in transit, please use adequate packaging to protect the item and return using a signed delivery service. If the item is lost or not returned in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty. Please note that refunds or replacements can only be issued if the goods were purchased directly from us and not via third-party sellers. 

Items that can not be returned: Wallpaper samples, bespoke colourways, and custom-sized wallpapers that were ordered by square metre. Custom-sized wallpapers and bespoke colourways are produced for your wall measurements only and therefore are not returnable unless agreed to be faulty.
